Cancellation Policy
There is a 24hr Cancellation Policy for all Spa Services, excluding nail and spray tan appointments. Because of this policy, a credit card is required to reserve your appointment time; however, it is not charged until the time of service or you can change tender upon check out.
If appointments are not changed or canceled within a 24hr window PRIOR to your appointment time, you are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, this policy was deemed necessary to help protect our technicians. Thank you for your understanding and respect of our staff.
